Base Salary
$228k - $363k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for AI music videos, generative cover art, and animated video covers.
- Build preference-data pipelines to support model tuning and improve generated output quality.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the visual quality of generated images and videos.
- Create AI director and agentic workflows that guide music video creation from concept to final cut.
- Evaluate emerging image and video generation models and integrate their capabilities into music video products.
- Work across frontend and backend systems while helping shape product scope with designers and product managers.
Requirements
- Excitement about building products from 0 to 1.
- Hands-on experience with image and video models and inference.
- Strong background in backend or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with AI image or video generation models such as Nano Banana, H3, FLUX, GPT Image, Seedance, Kling, or similar models.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience is preferred.
- Experience building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, or multi-step video-generation orchestration is preferred.
