Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the T Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner.
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyperscale cloud backend.
- Work hands-on with hardware and console-based infrastructure.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality-assurance capabilities.
- Automate infrastructure operations using common automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- At least 4 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
- Very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical networks.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation.
- Strong experience with Linux and network-related services.
- High customer focus and the ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are advantageous.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work within the European Union to meet customer data-security and privacy requirements.
