Responsibilities
- Estimate team tasks, identify blockers, report alerts and progress KPIs.
- Track scope, budget, planning, and delivery commitments during product development.
- Maintain and create architecture documentation for presentation to the Tech Leader or CTO.
- Conduct code reviews with the team before submission to the onshore Tech Leader.
- Participate in software development activities.
Requirements
- Experience with Java 17 and hexagonal architecture.
- Experience with Angular, Spring Boot, and Camel.
- Knowledge of Maven, Git, Bitbucket, Sonar, Nexus, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
- Experience with XLDeploy, Docker, Kubernetes, ActiveMQ, and Kafka.
- Experience with Log4j, JSON-based web services, SOAP, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, summarization, communication, adaptability, autonomy, teamwork, and customer focus.
