Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and AI/ML solutions using AWS services.
- Build enterprise-scale LLM use cases including retrieval-augmented generation, summarization, and data analysis.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, deploy, train, and monitor large language models for performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Design and deploy conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and custom NLP pipelines.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from solution design through deployment and production support.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering and prompt management techniques to improve LLM outcomes.
- Maintain system design integrity, review test strategies, and ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards.
- Diagnose production incidents, conduct research and experimentation, and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, influence stakeholders, and support risk and control objectives.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries for Agentic AI and Generative AI development.
- Proficiency developing solutions on AWS and within the AWS AI/ML ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of AI agents, agentic architecture and memory, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and prompt management for large language models.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Transformers, or CrewAI.
- Desired experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, data chunking and embeddings, model evaluation, deployment, training, monitoring, REST APIs, and EKS.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- Ability to communicate complex information and apply sound risk, governance, security, and control practices.
