Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate low-level embedded firmware for silicon hardware validation.
- Build complex drivers, diagnostic tests, and infrastructure for SoC bring-up and post-silicon validation.
- Drive hardware functionality, conformance, and performance testing during bring-up and testing phases.
- Collaborate with logic designers on system-level operations and performance requirements.
- Perform firmware- and hardware-level debugging and system-level validation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware development within real-time or embedded environments.
- Strong proficiency in C and understanding of hardware-software interaction.
- Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration, especially silicon validation and bring-up.
- Exceptional firmware- and hardware-level debugging skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with CPU architectures such as ARM and low-level system programming is preferred.
- Direct System-on-Chip development or validation experience is preferred.
