Responsibilities
- Research and apply techniques, technologies, tools, and libraries to improve engineering efficiency.
- Design, build, manage, and scale high-availability, high-capacity, low-latency microservices.
- Implement communication between microservices across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain frontend solutions when needed alongside specialized frontend developers.
- Support continuous integration, DevOps, and continuous deployment.
- Monitor services using CloudWatch, Kibana, and Grafana.
Requirements
- Solid experience designing, building, managing, and scaling microservices solutions.
- Strong knowledge of C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core and TypeScript with Node.js.
- Ability and willingness to learn the other backend stack when needed.
- Experience building and maintaining frontend solutions with a JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
- Experience with Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, pair programming, and TDD.
- Experience with DevOps and automating build, test, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or TFS.
- Preferred experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS, serverless architecture, and containers.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
- AI-related experience such as intelligent IDEs and assistants, prompt engineering, AI-assisted testing and quality, RAG, and autonomous agents is preferred but not required.
