Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs integrated with various systems.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, TypeScript-based UI frameworks, SQL databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Develop generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, MCP, vector databases, RAG techniques, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Estimate and manage technical efforts, work breakdown structures, risks, solutions, development methodologies, and KPIs.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders, manage expectations, and collaborate on problem-solving.
- Contribute to development and engineering methodologies and standards while anticipating issues and leading resolution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related BE/B.Tech program.
- 5–10 years of overall professional experience.
- Full-stack application development experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, and React or another TypeScript-based UI framework.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Entra ID, and Azure Foundry Services.
- Experience with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git or TFVC, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions for code and infrastructure.
- Experience with AI coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Experience developing generative AI applications with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of large language models, RAG techniques, classical AI/ML, AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills.
- Strong learning, communication, analytical, adaptability, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, M365 Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification.
