Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end generative AI solutions using LLMs and define system architecture, APIs, pipelines, and integrations.
- Evaluate, select, customize, and optimize foundation models and LLMs using prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Integrate GenAI solutions into CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Deploy solutions using Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
- Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability.
- Monitor model performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases and guide engineering teams on implementation.
- Act as a technical thought leader for enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5–12+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI roles.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and NLP.
- Experience with Python, APIs, microservices, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
