Responsibilities
- Define and design enterprise-level system architectures for scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommend products or solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints aligned with business and ICT strategies.
- Oversee and guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews, system prototyping, performance tuning, and maintenance.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Manage stakeholders, pitch ideas, and influence technical decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 complete project development lifecycles.
- Strong expertise in .NET and/or J2EE applications.
- Excellent data modeling and SQL skills.
- Understanding of server-side development, SOA, web services, and e-services development.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, customer-focus, and influencing skills.
