Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key technical member of the Business Development team to support customer success on the AWS platform.
  • Scope customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Own technical engagements and help ensure timely delivery of customer value, with solution delivery performed by AWS partners.
  • Advise customer software developers, architects, and senior personnel on business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Develop AWS platform expertise, understand relevant market segments and industry verticals, and share best practices with the solutions architect community.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
  • At least 5 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
  • Preferred experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
  • Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development and operations perspective.
