Responsibilities
- Lead customer workshops and gather business and functional requirements from tax, finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Perform gap analyses and design target operating models and end-to-end integration architectures.
- Author technical and functional specifications covering integration architecture, data flows, ERP connectivity, and configuration.
- Configure ONESOURCE applications and integrate them with ERP systems and Chinese tax solutions.
- Design and execute testing strategies, test cases, and validation scripts.
- Provide troubleshooting, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and share implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams, product management, and professional services leadership.
- Support pre-sales engagements, client onboarding, and reusable delivery-asset development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software implementation and consulting experience focused on tax automation, compliance, or finance systems.
- Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations and understanding SAP or Oracle finance and accounting workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Chinese enterprise tax and e-invoicing platforms, including systems such as Golden Tax System, SAP, Oracle, Baiwang Cloud, Aisino, Yonyou, or Kingdee.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex data-flow and integration issues.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consulting skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and business cutover requirements.
- Preferred: technical development experience with SAP ABAP, Oracle tools, Java, or .NET.
- Preferred: CPA, ACCA, CA, or relevant enterprise software certifications.
- Preferred: experience delivering projects through hybrid on-site and remote/offshore teams.
