Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements involving platform estate modernization, databases and analytics, and Agentic AI application platforms.
- Drive technical sales with decision makers through demos and proofs of concept to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Conduct technical workshops using live demos, customer co-creation, whiteboarding, architecture design, rapid prototyping, hands-on proofs of concept, and pilots.
- Prove technical solutions and reuse or co-create architectures to resolve technical blockers and secure customer commitment for deployments.
- Advise customers on cloud migration, resiliency, security, compliance, hybrid networking, secure connectivity, and network performance optimization.
- Guide customers in adopting Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure Databricks, Azure databases, Hadoop, and business intelligence solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience may qualify.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for the stated education and experience pathways.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure and migration of Windows, Linux, and virtual machine workloads.
- Experience designing or selling enterprise solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, data warehouses, data lakes, big data, analytics, real-time intelligence, reporting, and integrated data security and governance.
- Experience with Azure databases, including SQL DB, Cosmos DB, DocumentDB, and PostgreSQL, for migration and modernization.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements such as prototyping, pilots, and proofs of concept that produce production-scale outcomes.
