Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
- Conduct research to understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of cloud technology.
- Execute the delivery of POCs for customers with complex use cases.
- Craft technical content to demonstrate implementation of specific use cases.
- Prepare and deliver demos showcasing how the Okta platform meets customer needs.
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in solutions engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple personas.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
