Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance Oracle PBCS and FCCS applications based on business requirements.
- Lead implementation planning, technical specification development, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Assess Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS solutions and collaborate with senior architects and technology stakeholders.
- Lead complex enterprise projects involving Oracle Hyperion products, process improvements, and multiple business segments.
- Conduct requirements walkthroughs, validate functional requirements, and perform formal implementation reviews.
- Provide user training, general user support, and internal consulting for the applications support team.
- Lead project teams by directing, monitoring, and assigning work to team members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to a team of 3–5 junior staff members.
- Interface with multiple business areas, build consensus, and define future project and enhancement direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, relevant industry certifications, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- At least 3 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years leading Oracle PBCS or FCCS projects.
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, and Oracle EPM Cloud Service.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM, Oracle PBCS, FCCS, and Essbase across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate dynamic environments, drive decisions, and manage stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Preferred experience in banking or financial services technology.
- Preferred proficiency with ASO/BSO applications, MAXL scripts, MDX queries, EDMCS, and PCMCS.
- Preferred ability to write or update shell scripts and PL/SQL and understand RDBMS concepts.
- Preferred knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or ODI.
- Understanding of financial planning, project budgeting, and expense tracking.

- Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days onsite at an MUFG office or client site and one day remote.
- Base pay range is $102,000–$171,000 in New York/New Jersey or $102,000–$154,000 elsewhere, with potential discretionary performance-based bonus or incentive compensation.
