Responsibilities
- Translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Train, evaluate, optimize, and serve machine learning and deep learning models.
- Improve search quality using models, data, tools, agentic systems, and offline and online evaluation.
- Own ML-enabled product components across data analysis, modeling, implementation, production delivery, customer delivery, and iterative improvement.
- Drive efficient inference and deployment while maintaining robustness, reliability, and scalability.
- Define the technical vision for key product components and collaborate across engineering and business teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience training and serving deep learning models.
- Proficiency in at least one modern deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with modern machine learning practices and scalable AI-powered systems.
- Ability to take ownership of key product components and navigate ambiguity when building new AI models.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with neural retrieval systems, agentic systems, or publications in top journals or conferences is preferred.
