Responsibilities

  • Translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Train, evaluate, optimize, and serve machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Improve search quality using models, data, tools, agentic systems, and offline and online evaluation.
  • Own ML-enabled product components across data analysis, modeling, implementation, production delivery, customer delivery, and iterative improvement.
  • Drive efficient inference and deployment while maintaining robustness, reliability, and scalability.
  • Define the technical vision for key product components and collaborate across engineering and business teams.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience training and serving deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with modern machine learning practices and scalable AI-powered systems.
  • Ability to take ownership of key product components and navigate ambiguity when building new AI models.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience with neural retrieval systems, agentic systems, or publications in top journals or conferences is preferred.
