Responsibilities

Build and operate the internal AI platform, including secure AI coding environments, AI-assisted CI/CD, AWS agentic workflows, and reusable developer tooling.
Own internal platform products end to end by designing, building, operating, improving, and measuring adoption.
Identify developer friction and create self-service interfaces, templates, patterns, and blueprints that improve developer productivity.
Drive technical topics from planning through delivery while communicating with stakeholders and shaping architecture and technology choices.
Define reliable, secure, observable, and cost-aware platform foundations across Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, AWS, and AI capabilities.
Participate in the on-call rotation and troubleshoot production incidents.

Typically 5+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
Hands-on experience building real workflows with GenAI, including LLM APIs, tool or function calling, retrieval, agents, or agent frameworks.
Daily familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
Strong AWS fundamentals and experience with Infrastructure as Code and Pipeline as Code.
Strong developer-experience judgment and a product mindset focused on internal developers as customers.
Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, planning, and delivery skills.
Solid engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, code quality, and production readiness.
Familiarity with SRE, DevOps, and observability concepts, including tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and OpsGenie.
Strong programming ability in at least one language, ideally Python, Go, or TypeScript.
