Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement Oracle Data Integrator data integration workflows and processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Develop scripting and automation to support integration tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team execution.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and guide their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience with Oracle Data Integrator is required.
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator is required.
- Experience designing and implementing data integration workflows and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with scripting and automation for integration tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on data flow and system interoperability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
