Forward Deployed Consultant

- Lead AI transformation and software implementation engagements for customers.
- Design and build tailored workflows, agents, applications, automations, reporting, and relational data structures on the monday.com platform.
- Conduct discovery, advise stakeholders, redesign business processes, and drive solution adoption.
- Configure lightweight integrations and partner with technical resources on data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.
- Manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for standalone and larger engagements.
- Deliver webinars, training sessions, consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts for customer self-service.
- Represent customer needs in product roadmap discussions and contribute reusable assets to the shared library.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
- Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects involving hands-on building and system configuration.
- Fluency with generative and agentic AI tools and intelligent workflow and agent development.
- Understanding of AI reliability practices, including human review, output checking, and choosing deterministic automation when appropriate.
- Strong computational thinking, systems design, relational data structure, business process design, consulting, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of make.com and Zapier, with foundational knowledge of APIs; GraphQL and MCP are a plus.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across customers and industries.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
