Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy Linkup API integrations for customers and partners.
- Participate in technical pre-sales, discovery, proof-of-concept design, and demo-environment development.
- Debug integrations and solve ambiguous technical challenges in customer environments.
- Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams to improve performance, reliability, SDK telemetry, and enterprise deployments.
- Identify and implement integrations with workflow orchestration and AI framework partners.
- Translate customer learnings into automation, tutorials, playbooks, use cases, and reference architectures.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to developer and business audiences and provide input to product, marketing, and outbound strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support engineering, software engineering, or solutions engineering, with direct application development experience.
- Strong API integration skills, including designing and debugging REST/JSON payloads, managing authentication flows, and optimizing latency.
- Understanding of web infrastructure, distributed systems, or retrieval pipelines.
- Ability to debug integrations and solve ambiguous technical challenges in customer environments.
- Clear and empathetic communication with technical and business audiences.
- Curiosity about AI infrastructure, retrieval, and the emerging agentic ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
