Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate FDE engagement requests.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues using code-level context, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
- Steer implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight while owning technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
- Architect integrations of technical assets into customer IT ecosystems, including connectors, identity, data residency, and legal constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred: experience interfacing directly with core product and engineering organizations on infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments, managing technical delivery strategies, and debugging systems.
Benefits
- France base pay is €82000–€84000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
