Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise security architectures aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Define security controls for LLMs, GenAI platforms, AI APIs, agentic AI, and AI/ML training, inference, and deployment pipelines.
- Embed security into MLOps pipelines and protect models against theft, extraction, drift, anomalies, and abuse.
- Create, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to integrate security into software, network, cloud, and organizational systems.
- Assist the SOC with incident response, breach resolution, and documentation.
- Recommend continuous improvements based on emerging security technologies, threats, and trends.
- Mentor and guide junior security team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in security, including at least 3 years in an architect or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
- Proficiency with firewalls, web proxies, intrusion detection and prevention systems, SASE, Secure Browser, XDR, DLP, CASB, CNAPP, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience defining security controls for LLMs, GenAI platforms, AI APIs, agentic AI, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience designing secure AI/ML architectures and protecting against model theft and extraction attacks.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, cloud-native security, zero-trust security models, cyber resiliency, threat intelligence, incident response, and business continuity.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, secure network architecture, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption solutions.
- Expertise in IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, identity governance, data encryption, secure data storage, data integrity, endpoint protection, anti-malware, IDS/IPS, endpoint hardening, and mobile device management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
