Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research to identify novel risks and attack vectors in cloud- and AI-native architectures and systems.
- Identify and articulate significant unaddressed risk areas with Product and Engineering teams.
- Create proofs of risk demonstrating impact and technical POCs demonstrating solutions.
- Translate research findings into foundational product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on risk coverage and new, complex product scope.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in security or security research relevant to modern cloud environments.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python or Go for automation and research.
- Experience with query languages such as KQL or SQL for analyzing security telemetry.
- Ability to independently prioritize and drive complex, multi-quarter research projects through delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- AI security expertise, public-facing research, or experience conducting data-driven analysis of large-scale security telemetry is advantageous.
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based without visa sponsorship.
