Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, manage, and develop robotic process automation bots and solutions using Blue Prism.
- Monitor robot performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis, apply permanent fixes, and resolve incidents within agreed service targets.
- Manage incidents end-to-end and provide second-level support to users and business teams.
- Support software robot testing, deployment planning, configuration changes, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Prepare service-delivery KPIs, reports, usage analyses, and process-improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with country teams on control-related queries and periodic automation reviews.
- Maintain detailed RPA process, change, troubleshooting, and operational documentation.
- Develop training manuals and provide user assistance or training when required.
- Ensure RPA processes follow applicable security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Recently graduated candidate or fresher with basic knowledge of RPA.
- Software development experience and knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Sound understanding of SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, creatively, and as a detail-oriented team player.
- Candidates with backlogs are not eligible.
- RPA-tool certification is an added advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is advantageous.
