Responsibilities
- Architect and scale mission-critical B2B SaaS products using TypeScript, React, Material UI, and Python/Flask.
- Develop high-performance cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter and React Native.
- Translate healthcare and business requirements into production-ready technical architecture.
- Build reusable, highly available frontend and backend frameworks, APIs, dashboards, and user-facing experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and establish modern development standards.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and technologies into the product suite.
- Diagnose technical bottlenecks and improve reliability and operational uptime.
- Drive rapid iteration and continuous delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and React, plus Python, Ruby, or Node backends.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Proficiency in database design and management using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban development methodologies.
- Preferred experience publishing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs.
- Preferred professional experience with Flask Python servers and Terraform with AWS services.
