Responsibilities

Build services and platform capabilities for the TeamViewer ONE solution.
Design and develop new software functionality, UI components, APIs, and frontend usage-behavior events.
Develop primarily with TypeScript and React using JavaScript, CSS, Redux, Webpack, and related technologies.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and quality assurance engineers to design performant, maintainable solutions.
Continuously integrate, build, and deploy the solution from test systems to production.
Create UI test cases using the Cypress testing framework.
Ensure software is secure, stable, scalable, and efficient.
Make architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems and integrations.
Guide, assist, coach, and mentor other engineering team members.
Advise product managers on feasibility and delivery estimates.
Communicate with customers to analyze and fix product defects and support major implementations.

A university or college degree in information technology, computer science, or a related subject, or relevant work experience.
At least 9 years of professional software development experience.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and tools such as React, Redux, and Webpack.
Strong focus on accessibility and performance in distributed systems.
Experience with at least one unit testing framework and with Cypress for UI testing.
Experience with Java, C#, or C++ is a plus.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Argo CD, and Azure, AWS, or GCP services is a plus.
Experience making architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems and integrations with applications and user interfaces.
Understanding of Clean Code and design patterns for object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is a plus.
Familiarity with end-user computing, log analysis, anomaly detection, and correlation concepts is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese or additional languages are a plus.
