Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and manage deployments of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, performance tuning, and technical documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
- Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a background check are required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including fingerprinting when required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an additional qualification.
- Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agency Dynamics implementations, Azure services, data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications is preferred.
