Responsibilities
- Design and develop Kotlin-based backend services for digital access, permissions, authentication, and identity management.
- Deliver core platform functionality from technical design through production.
- Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and microservice-based capabilities connecting products, customers, and internal systems.
- Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Participate in technical design discussions, production support, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to solve customer challenges and shape platform evolution.
Requirements
- Experience building backend systems in Kotlin, Java, or Golang.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating solutions in AWS.
- Experience with microservice-based, distributed, or integration-heavy systems and strong API design skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical problems, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Preferred: experience with AWS Cognito, ECS, SNS/SQS, or CloudFormation, as well as SaaS platforms or access management solutions.
