Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Design scalable frontend and backend solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use LLM-based copilots and AI-assisted workflows for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted productivity; model training and ML architecture design are not required.
