Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and deploy AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Build scalable, reliable, production-ready AI pipelines.
- Design conversational AI systems such as chatbots and apply image-processing techniques.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Manage and mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in generative AI.
- Proficiency in generative AI and experience developing and deploying AI models.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
- Familiarity with image-processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
