Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based products and applications for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor and improve the performance of Natural Language Understanding models.
- Further develop generative AI solutions and contribute to data science use cases.
- Create and document architectural designs for cloud-based and on-premises applications.
- Apply software development methodologies, design patterns, Agile, and DevOps practices to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Identify emerging technologies for the Data Science Lab and Legal Technology Solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, product development teams, data and analytics specialists, legal technology advisors, and business stakeholders.
- Document code and detailed technical designs and contribute to the team's architecture and development direction.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of total experience, including at least 3 years with the listed technologies.
- Advanced Python proficiency, including multithreading, document processing, and packaging.
- Experience with Azure AI services, GPT models, vector search, Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, Azure queues, and Azure OpenAI language models.
- Experience with deep learning, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, machine learning, data exploration, and machine learning model development.
- Strong software engineering skills, including code quality, debugging, and Azure CI/CD.
- Experience load testing generative AI applications and working with Databricks and Spark.
- Theoretical understanding of LLM-driven applications.
- BSc or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Customer-facing interaction or consulting experience is a plus.
