Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML systems and agentic solutions for the HR domain.
- Provide technical leadership on immediate and complex technical problems to associated team leads.
- Design and build scalable agentic systems for HR.
- Collaborate with AI Garage leads, engineering managers, product managers, AI strategists, and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Stay current with trends in agentic and AI/ML engineering.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Five years of experience testing and launching software products.
- One year of experience with generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, AI evaluations, training, or models.
- Experience collaborating in globally distributed product and engineering teams is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and business domains are preferred.
- Experience implementing and customizing ReAct, Tree of Thoughts, and Plan-and-Solve execution patterns is preferred.
