Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions within Amazon Connect.
- Build and customize Amazon Connect applications and integrations.
- Develop Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
- Integrate AWS AI/ML services with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Develop serverless and microservices-based architectures using AWS services.
- Ensure secure, scalable, governed AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate on contact center modernization and customer experience transformation initiatives.
- Improve customer self-service through AI automation and enhance agent productivity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in AWS and cloud-native development.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Bedrock, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, AWS Lambda, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI architectures.
- Interest in using AI to improve customer experience, self-service, and operational efficiency.
