Responsibilities
- Partner with the Deputy Manager to align daily priorities, project objectives, and operational expectations.
- Monitor tasks, action items, milestones, and project timelines through completion.
- Set and maintain standards for code quality, documentation, reliability, and integration deliverables.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and proactively remove technical blockers.
- Identify and mitigate development risks and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
- Contribute to build, maintenance, and support activities.
- Review technical specifications to ensure compliance with L’Oréal quality standards.
- Provide structured status updates and maintain transparent communication with management.
- Lead technical teams and coordinate day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical teams and partnering with managers.
- Experience driving quality standards and managing day-to-day technical execution.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Workato is a major advantage.
