Responsibilities
- Partner with the Deputy Manager to align daily priorities, project objectives, and operational expectations.
- Oversee ongoing tasks, action items, milestones, and project timelines.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and help resolve technical hurdles.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, reliability, and delivery standards for integration work.
- Identify and mitigate development risks, escalating issues with proposed solutions.
- Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with L’Oreal quality standards.
- Contribute to integration development, maintenance, and support activities.
- Provide structured status updates and communicate technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks to management.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical teams and partnering with Deputy Managers or Managers.
- Experience driving quality standards and managing day-to-day execution.
- Experience with Workato is a major advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
