Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture solutions using AWS and microservices.
- Oversee development and deployment of Spring Boot microservices.
- Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and promote technical best practices.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and multiple projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile practices as Scrum Master.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain architectural and technical documentation.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement cloud architecture best practices for application security and scalability.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture principles.
- Expertise designing and implementing microservices and Spring Boot microservices.
- Proficiency in Core Java and related frameworks.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Scrum Master experience and deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
