Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mission-critical software.
- Author functional specifications and design documentation.
- Take ownership of complex systems and codebase components while ensuring product quality.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms.
- Diagnose and resolve problems in distributed computing environments.
- Conduct peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production performance issues.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience developing highly scalable, distributed applications, products, or services in Golang, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Understanding of how distributed resilient software is built and deployed.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design, analytical thinking, and debugging.
- B Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
- Ability to work effectively in short, iterative development cycles and a fast-moving startup environment.
