Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, analyze requirements, create proposals, and present solutions.
- Architect end-to-end CX/CCaaS systems and define technology stacks and integrations.
- Develop solution blueprints, architectural documents, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, product, and delivery teams to manage client relationships.
- Guide development, manage migrations, and provide technical leadership.
- Stay current with trends and act as a thought leader internally and externally.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales solution architecture or enterprise architecture for cloud/SaaS solutions.
- Deep technical expertise in CX/CCaaS and AI/automation platforms.
- Experience in integrating CX/CCaaS platforms with AI services and automation tools.
- Fluency with identity provisioning, API design, and secured data movement.
- Solid knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of networking and resiliency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
