Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy an orchestration layer managing state transitions, context sharing, and intent routing across vendor and internal LLM frameworks.
- Build production-grade Python services connecting ML research with reliable customer-facing products.
- Lead complex ML initiatives from design through delivery, managing priorities, trade-offs, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Establish system design, coding, and AI/ML development best practices.
- Mentor engineers on architecture and modern AI/ML patterns.
- Conduct design reviews focused on security, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, including shipping production-grade ML services at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning, generative AI, and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangSmith, Google ADK, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience writing clean, maintainable, highly tested production code.
- Specialized knowledge in NLP, information retrieval, computer vision, or advanced statistical modeling.
- Ability to write technical design documents and present ML system architectures to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight and improving workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
