Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders from engineers to senior executives and translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions.
- Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows that extend the Arize platform for customer-specific requirements.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements from scoping through delivery while maintaining strong technical execution and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to shape implementation strategy, influence product direction, and expand customer impact.
- Define and scale best practices, technical playbooks, and delivery methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience with strong technical foundations.
- Comfort working in at least two of Python, Java, and TypeScript.
- Experience building MLOps pipelines and/or developing, deploying, and iterating on Generative AI applications in production environments.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences, including senior executives and engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple client engineering engagements simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes under demanding timelines.
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup or consulting environments and adapting to diverse client organizations and technical stacks.
- Genuine interest in AI and rapidly evolving AI technologies.
