Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement GenAI observability programs.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders to translate business priorities into solutions.
- Build custom integrations and workflows to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Manage multiple customer engagements from scoping to delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams to shape implementation strategies.
- Define and scale best practices and methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup or consulting environments with diverse client needs.
- Genuine passion for AI and staying updated on evolving technologies.
