- Lead observability and performance monitoring for frontend systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall engineering culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in frontend architecture and scalable React applications.
- Strong understanding of technical standards, including CI/CD and testing strategies.
- Ability to translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows and modern development practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A passion for mentoring and raising the technical bar within the team.
