Responsibilities
- Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Build first-class demo features into Fin for quick setup by Solutions Engineers.
- Utilize AI to prepare realistic demos tailored to specific verticals.
- Create templates and libraries to help SEs compose complex demo scenarios.
- Showcase Fin across all customer interaction surfaces.
- Partner with Enablement to design training and certification paths.
- Stay ahead of the product roadmap to ensure demos reflect new capabilities.
- Codify successful demo patterns into reusable tools and playbooks.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Developer Relations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products and understanding of their practical limits.
- Strong full-stack development skills in TypeScript and a backend language like Ruby, Go, or Python.
- Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and SaaS integrations.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Design sensibility to create visually appealing demos.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers.
