Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and Board members.
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve revenue goals.
- Master the MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities.
- Distill complex field requirements into actionable insights for Product Management.
- Design integrated solutions across On-Prem, SaaS, Identity, and Multi-Cloud environments.
- Represent Rubrik at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 18+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIO, CISO, and Board-level stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge in data protection, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
- Commercially astute with the ability to connect technical strategy to financial impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of APJ market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
