Responsibilities
- Advise CIOs, CISOs, and boards on data protection, cloud strategy, cyber resilience, identity protection, breach recovery readiness, operational continuity, risk reduction, compliance, and AI readiness.
- Lead high-impact technical discoveries and architect innovative solutions for Tier-1 enterprise accounts to support regional revenue goals.
- Design integrated solutions across on-premises, SaaS, identity, and multi-cloud environments, including isolated recovery environments and clean room recovery.
- Orchestrate strategic deals by qualifying opportunities, identifying technical champions, and addressing competitive threats through differentiated architecture.
- Translate field requirements into actionable product insights for the Product Management team and influence the global roadmap.
- Represent Rubrik at selected industry events and executive forums and support key marketing and thought-leadership engagements.
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting.
- Consistent success winning seven-figure enterprise deals across APJ.
- Experience engaging CIO, CISO, and board-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in data protection, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, including zero-trust, isolated recovery environments, and cyber recovery.
- Strong commercial judgment connecting technical strategy to financial and operational outcomes.
- Understanding of APJ market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong executive presence, resourcefulness, work ethic, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
