Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery workshops and identify high-value AI and Agentic AI opportunities.
- Define AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals, operating models, and technology strategy.
- Architect enterprise AI platforms and solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure services.
- Design AI agent ecosystems, multi-agent systems, enterprise copilots, digital assistants, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
- Architect RAG, enterprise knowledge, semantic search, memory, contextual grounding, and enterprise application integration patterns.
- Lead solution design across AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Architects.
- Define reference architectures, reusable accelerators, development standards, engineering practices, and architecture decisions.
- Establish responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, monitoring, AI quality assurance, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.
- Lead client architecture discussions, executive presentations, steering committee engagements, proposals, estimates, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor architects and engineers and contribute to AI thought leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, agent architectures, reasoning frameworks, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Agentic workflows, autonomous systems, orchestration, memory management, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot technologies, and Microsoft Azure cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with one or more of Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Microsoft Agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data engineering, data governance, metadata, knowledge management, Databricks, Fabric Lakehouse, Azure Data Platform, and enterprise information management.
- Proven experience leading architecture and solution design engagements and engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, estimation, proposal development, distributed team leadership, and consulting capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft AI and Azure certifications, regulated-industry experience, and enterprise transformation or operating-model change experience are preferred.
