Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead development of a React design system component library within a mono-repo.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, consistency, and performance.
- Manage library dependencies and maintain consistent architectural decisions across the pod.
- Guide, mentor, and support team members while coordinating cross-functional delivery.
- Collaborate with teams working on Base UI, styling frameworks, and AI integration.
- Represent the Web platform perspective and contribute to the AI capabilities roadmap.
- Manage technical stakeholders and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with React.js and deep frontend engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading development of a design system or component library.
- Strong architectural thinking and experience ensuring technical consistency across teams.
- Experience managing a mono-repo and library dependency chains.
- Familiarity with AI tooling, agents, or MCP concepts is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
