Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features to production daily in collaboration with the CTO and engineering team.
- Develop Clera’s agentic system to automate the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and determine when to optimize for scale and quality.
- Iterate on the product based on customer conversations and feedback.
- Work in a fast-paced founding-team environment and create high-impact new functionality.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset and strong ownership of projects.
- Willingness to work intensely and collaboratively in a San Francisco hackerhouse.
- Candidates should be from the DACH region.
