Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features across React/TypeScript, Django/Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop UI flows for multiple business units and backend endpoints supporting pricing, configuration, and quote lifecycle operations.
- Maintain consistent pricing logic and business rules across TypeScript and Python implementations.
- Own shared rule definitions, golden test cases, validation workflows, and automated unit, integration, and logic-validation tests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business rules into clear, testable logic.
- Improve code clarity, modularity, maintainability, architecture, state management, and backend synchronization.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and engineering standards.
- Migrate complex solutions into production and reverse engineer legacy configurations and code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT professional and 3 years of experience with Django, Python, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience conducting technical walkthroughs, code reviews, developing technical standards, and migrating complex solutions into production.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining AppExchange managed packages.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, support operations, and master data management processes.
- Preferred Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, handle ambiguity and shifting priorities, and learn new CRM and SFDC technologies.
