Responsibilities
- Onboard customers pre-contract and ensure accounts are functional in Sphere.
- Navigate customer billing system integrations.
- Interpret liability reports and assist customers in understanding their exposure.
- Guide clients through managing their global tax liability and compliance.
- Research new compliance requirements and identify patterns across customer requests.
- Scope and write technical PRDs for engineering.
- Build custom features and integrations for key accounts.
