Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using full stack development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Design enterprise applications using current design patterns and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance application functionality and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of API design and development.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants and the ability to critically review AI-generated results and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative working skills.
