Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve robust, scalable software products.
- Apply engineering standards and best practices including performance tuning, security, testability, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Collaborate on or lead technical analysis of complex implementations.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle from requirements grooming and implementation strategy through deployment and production operations.
- Improve team processes to support consistent and predictable delivery.
- Contribute technical solutions, coding standards, and engineering improvements to the Development Chapter.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Informatics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant full-stack software product development experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, graph-based mathematics, emulation, or UI performance optimization is a plus.
- Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or material handling is a plus.
