Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists on LLM-based agents.
- Develop prompts, evaluations, and tools for code integration.
- Prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Stay informed on the latest research in LLM prompting and code editing.
- Work with other teams to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience in Go, Java, or Python.
- Experience shipping software that utilizes LLMs in production.
- Passion for generative AI and its impact on software engineering.
- Experience with large-scale systems, machine learning, or related fields.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions.
- Experience in developing developer tools like IDEs or static analysis tools.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in daily workflows.
